Shipping Policy

At VORR, every collar is individually handcrafted in our Lancashire workshop. We take great care in preparing each order to ensure it meets our standards of quality before it leaves our workshop.
Processing Times
As each VORR collar is handcrafted, please allow 5–10 working days for your order to be completed before dispatch.
If your order includes multiple items, they will usually be shipped together once all items are ready.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
All orders are carefully packaged to protect your purchase during transit.
Estimated delivery after dispatch is typically 1–3 working days, depending on the shipping service selected.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout before payment is completed.

Delays

While we aim to dispatch all orders within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, we will keep you informed.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. VORR cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vorr.co.uk. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
